POLICIES for Direct Bookings

Direct bookings from guests:

• Please take note that we need no deposit. We will send you an invoice one (1) week before your arrival
  date.
• Three (3) days before your arrival date, we will require full payment of your confirmed rate for
  the reservation made which will be non-refundable.
• Please e-mail us your proof of payment to bookings@addodungbeetle.co.za and use your booking name as a reference.
